Introduction
The mounting system is the basic framework of the WeatherLox weather station. It consists of aluminium tubes with a diameter of 25 mm, which are plugged together with tube connectors (2-, 3- and 4-way) to form a mast with cross arms. The control unit and the individual sensor modules are attached to the tubes with swivel pipe clamps. Lamella plugs close the open tube ends.

Assembly instructions
Two of the three 50 cm tubes are cut exactly in the middle with a metal saw, giving four 25 cm pieces in total. The ends are deburred with the file. Two 25 cm tubes are inserted into the 3-way tube connector and screwed tight, two are mounted on the 4-way tube connector and screwed tight.
The 3-way tube connector and the 4-way tube connector are joined with the 30 cm tube and screwed tight. The open ends are closed with the lamella plugs. The third 50 cm tube is mounted in the free opening of the 4-way tube connector. The 2-way tube connector can be used to mount the entire mounting system on an existing mast or to extend it further.
